I have to admit, I had a lot of fun putting together today’s post. Who doesn’t like surfing the Internet for adorable kids clothes and putting together a “wish list” of sorts?
Over the weekend, my mom and I did some shopping for the kids and we got some adorable things at Target. I mean, seriously adorable! (I wish I had some pictures to share, but sadly, I do not.) We could have spent a fortune on all of the cute stuff they had, but we managed to limit ourselves to picking out just a couple of outfits for each of the kids. But, our little shopping excursion did inspire me to use Polyvore to round up a few cute looks.
I know that there are a ton of cute looks out there right now, but I wanted to stick with some of my usual shopping spots. We are fortunate to have a Target, Carter’s and Old Navy all within about 2 miles of our house, so I can generally find everything we need between those 3 stores. We are usually able to score some great deals there too. With three kids to dress, stretching that dollar is really import to our clothing budget.
The looks above pretty much summarize the basics that you will find in our household. I am a huge advocate for a mix and match wardrobe and think that you can get a lot of different outfits out of the few items featured here. Oh, and the first blue dress has unicorns on it. How stinking cute is that?!
On our shopping trip, we did pick up a couple of those white Circo pocket tees and I have to admit that they are great! They are super soft and look like they will hold their shape well. (We had picked up a long sleeve Circo tee last year and it stretched and became misshapen after just one wash. They look and feel SO much better this year. Yay!) I definitely recommend these tees for someone looking for a good quality, basic, inexpensive, long sleeve tee this year. I like to stock up on these for layering, so it’s always nice to find something that I would be happy to buy in every available color.
I hope that you enjoyed today’s fall-friendly looks. Because I know not everyone has a girl to shop for between the sizes of 5 and 16, you will have to stay tuned this week for more kids’ fall fashion styles!
I was not paid by any of the companies mentioned in today’s post. This was put together just for fun and the opinions expressed are solely my own.
